Properties suitable for Airbnb rentals are considered income properties, meaning they have high added value.

For example, a studio condo in South Beach, Miami Beach, would fetch around $200,000 on a typical market, meaning with rental restrictions. A similar unit suitable for Airbnb, comparable to an Airbnb, would currently fetch between $320,000 and $350,000, assuming there are any available in the area.

The current annual return is $3,000 per month, based on a June-to-June calculation.
Last year, it was roughly $4,500. This is largely due to current events.
