The craziest deal I’ve seen lately…
It’s a condo perched atop a tower on the 61st floor: 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 6,300 Sqft for $100 Million.
It takes up half the floor and actually facing Miami Bay across from Miami Brickell. But it’s actually a building being sold off-plan; it’s pre-construction, it doesn’t exist yet, and it won’t be delivered until 2029. Attention all interested parties.
And then in the same building, around the 23rd floor, I’ve done a sale for $8 Million – $8,150,000.
